Sissy and her duckling's last day

This is a drawing done after the very last photo of her with her duckling was taken. The little guy lived over two weeks, but didn't grow. I think a heron might  have gotten him. He was difficult to see as he was the exact same color as the mud and water around him.   This was done mostly in ink, but a slight amount of colored pencil, too.
